AFR 2XX West African Spirituality and Afrofuturism An immersive exploration of African (particularly Ghanaian) Spirituality, social identity, and cultural imagination--present, past, and future. Engage in interdisciplinary conversations around topics such as: the enslavement of Africans, Decolonization, West African Spirituality--particularly Christianity, modernity and anti-Blackness, and the revolutionary visions of Afro-futurism and other sociotechnical imaginations of the African diaspora, including Ghana’s own visions of the future.
